Your personal data (name, company name, email address, phone number, and any other data provided in the message) is processed for the following purposes:

• Handling inquiries from the contact form: based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists of communicating with website users.
• Taking steps prior to entering into a contract: at your request, e.g., to prepare an audio equipment quote or book a date (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Fulfilling legal obligations: if cooperation is established, data will be processed for accounting and tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

7. Cookies, Analytics and Anti-Spam Verification

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a server session cookie (PHP) remembers your language choice. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored in the browser session storage and is cleared when you close the window. To protect the contact form against bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which operates in a privacy-preserving manner.

For traffic analysis we use Umami, self-hosted on our own server. The statistics are fully anonymous and aggregated; they use no cookies, do not profile users and are not shared with any third parties. Analytics is loaded only after you give consent in the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the stored data for this site in your browser.
